Returns, Refunds and Disputes Policy 

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase at rosadojoyeria.com, we are committed to providing customers with the most pleasant shopping experience possible. We are always available and happy to help with any questions. We do not accept returns and do not issue refunds. To cancel orders in process we charge a restocking fee of 20% of the total amount of the purchase. Custom jewelry are not returnable, refundable or exchangeable, if the item has any defect immediately contact us to assist you. Rosado Joyería won’t accept any returns or exchange without proof of purchase. For any dispute, you must first contact us within 30 days of purchase through our mail info@rosadojoyeria.com.

Shipping Policy

  • Once the order process is finished, if your purchase is cuban link, the processing time is 20 business days.
  • If you have purchased an item other than cuban link, the processing and delivery time is as follow:
    • Zelle: 3 Business days
    • Paypal: 5-7 Business days
    • Financied: 10-12 Business days
  • Rosado Joyería is not responsible for any devolution shipping costs and/or any items that could get lost in the mailing process.
